"Merchant" means a participating brand, retailer, third-party Web site or supplier that pays a commission for a legitimate sale to a Visitor and uses the Influencerrate.com Service to facilitate purchases, sign-ups, tracking, reporting, and issuance of commission statement. "Visitor" means any person or user that clicks on a Link or product from a Publisher’s Promotional Campaign Website.
